Local mung bean sprouts are cultivated using the nationally famed waters of the Irita Springs at Taketa. Kept in facilities equipped with hygiene management, the growth of the plants is monitored and controlled by computers. Only Taketa’s spring waters are used in cultivation to ensure the stable production of safe and healthy vegetables that are free from additive and pesticides.
